Extra Class Truffle is relatively rare and is of the highest quality in our product range. The truffles are a roundish shape with few imperfections and crevices. Each truffle in this class will have a small grading cut to demonstrate the colour, which will be a black gleba surrounded by white marbling. The truffles are firm and will exhibit a wonderful aroma.
Minimum order value is $100 with free delivery throughout Australia.
The weight of the truffle provided will be equal to or slightly heavier than the truffle ordered. Multiple truffles of the same class may be added together to make the ordered weight.
